It’s National Vodka Day! A most versatile spirit, vodka can go in just about anything.

We thought we’d share a couple vodka recipes for you to celebrate with today: the underrated Cosmopolitan (ruined by Sex and the City) and a Greyhound. Craving sodium? Add salt to the rim of your Greyhound and you get a Salty Dog (not a joke).

Cosmopolitan

1 ½ oz vodka
¾ oz triple sec
2 oz cranberry juice
juice of half a lime

Shake over ice in shaker, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Greyhound

1 ½ oz vodka
fill with grapefruit juice

Pour all ingredients into ice filled glass.
